Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: At The Wedding Card Company, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. If you need to cancel an order or would like to request a refund, please review the following policy:

Cancellation Policy: . If the order has already entered the wedding invitation project, a cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders that have already been printed. If an order has not yet been printed, we may be able to issue a partial refund depending on the stage of the order process.

Please note that any refund requests will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the total order value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for the cancellation/refund request. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
